Starting and ending in the Indian capital, this 12-day exploration takes in some of the most alluring sights and experiences that this unique country has to offer.
You’ll begin by diving straight into a whirlwind of Indian culture in New Delhi, including visits to the UNESCO heritage site, Humayun’s Tomb, as well as the resting place of Mahatma Ghandi, Raj Ghat, and Qutub Minar, among others.
From there you will head on a fascinating expedition throughout some of India’s most sought-after experiences, including elephant rides in Jaipur, temple visits in Pushkar and even an overnight stay in Fort Chanwa, where you’ll be made to feel like a Maharaja/Maharani, as you make the most of its regal facilities. That royal feeling will also be found at Udaipur, home of India’s largest palace, which you will see from both land and on a majestic boat ride on Lake Pichola.
As well as being pampered, you’ll also have the chance to get back to nature, with a safari in Ranthambore National Park, where you’ll get the chance to spot some amazing big cats, including hyenas, cheetahs, panthers and if you’re lucky, Indian tigers.
The trip will conclude with a return to Delhi, but not before seeing India’s most famous site of all, the Taj Mahal, with your final day including a visit to what is undoubtedly one of the most majestic and beautiful buildings in the world, ensuring you go out on a high.

Day 1
Delhi
Arrival in Delhi. Your driver will meet and greet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel by private transportation. Check in to the hotel and rest after your flight.

Day 2
Delhi - Jaipur
Your driver in an air-conditioned vehicle will pick you up at 8am from your hotel in Delhi. After pick up, meet your private tour guide and begin your half day sightseeing tour of Delhi. You will start out with a visit to the Jama Mosque. When you reach the mosque, explore the interior with your guide. Next, visit Raj Ghat, the place where the father of the nation Mahatama Gandhi was cremated. After that, Visit Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Qutub Minar is an excellent example of Afghan architecture constructed with marble and red sandstone. After that, stop at the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Humayun’s Tomb. Following your time there, visit
India Gate, a memorial built in 1931 to commemorate the Indian soldiers. After sightseeing you will be driven to Jaipur. Enroute visit Abhaneri Stepwell. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.Activities Included

Day 3
Jaipur
After breakfast at the hotel, meet your private tour guide and start your sightseeing of Jaipur by
visiting the Amber Fort. Enjoy the experience of ride on an elephant's back to and from the top of the hill where the fort is situated. In addition, your guide will explain to you the rich history of Amber Fort. Next, visit the City Palace in the heart of Jaipur, which is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Enjoy the fine collection of textiles, costumes and armor at the City Palace. Next, visit Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds. This building was constructed so the royal women could watch the royal processions without being seen. Finally, view the
stargazing observatory of Jantar Mantar, built by the renowned astronomer, Maharaja Jai Singh. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 4
Jaipur - Pushkar
Today after breakfast you’ll be driven to Pushkar. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Once settled, meet your guide and enjoy Pushkar sightseeing. Pushkar is a holy place, famous for its Cattle Fair held every November. Visit the old temples and ghats of Pushkar. It is also famous for Brahma Temple (one and only temple in the world). Later enjoy shopping at the local markets of Pushkar. Overnight stay in Pushkar.

Day 6
Jodhpur - Fort Chanwa
Today after breakfast will meet your private tour guide and start the sightseeing of Jodhpur by visiting Mehrangarh Fort (Majestic Fort), built on a steep hill, boasting latticed windows in residential apartments within. Afterwards, you will visit the Jaswant Thada - a royal cenotaph built from white marble. Next, visit The Umaid Bhawan Palace. It is Asia’s largest residence where kings still reside.
After Jodhpur sightseeing you will be driven to Fort Chanwa. Enjoy royal stay at Fort Chanwa and feel like a Maharaja/Maharani. Enjoy lunch & dinner. Overnight stay at Fort Chanwa.Activities Included

Day 8
Udaipur
Today we visit Udaipur, also known as the city of sunrise. We start our sightseeing with the visit of SahelionKi-Bari. This Garden of the Maids of Honour is well laid out with extensive lawns and shady walks. After the visit of Garden of Maids we visit a Museum of folk art. This museum has a rich collection of Folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk musical instruments and paintings on display. After a break we proceed to city palace, the biggest Palace in India, where 4 generations of Maharajas added their contribution, is so carefully planned and integrated with the original buildings that it is difficult to believe that it was not conceived as a whole. The museum of the palace includes the beautiful peacock mosaic and miniature wall paintings of Indian mythology. Today we have an opportunity to visit a traditional painting school and see the famous miniature paintings done. In the evening we have a boat ride on the lake Pichola. The famous Lake Palace of Udaipur was the summer residence of the former rulers. The James Bond film Octopussy was shot here and made this palace more known in the west. Day 9
Udaipur - Deogarh Mahal
Today after breakfast, you will be driven to Deogarh Mahal. It's one of the magnificent forts of Rajasthan, an extravagant creation by men of a bygone era, placed amidst the mountains and deep forests of Chuppun. You can see the ramparts of the mystery filled Sardargarh, like a great ship anchored at outer sea, much before you get close to the gigantic walls soaring high above the low lying village of Lawa. Enjoy royal stay at Deogarh Mahal and feel

Day 11
Ranthambore - Agra
Today enjoy morning safari of Ranthambore National Park. In the safari you will have a chance to see hyenas, cheetahs, jungle cats, panthers and Indian tigers if you are lucky. After safari return to hotel and have breakfast. After breakfast you’ll be driven to Agra. Upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 12
Agra - Delhi Drop
After breakfast start your Agra sightseeing with a visit to the fascinating Taj Mahal, a symbol of love. Your guide in Agra will meet you at the Taj Mahal and will show you around the monument. Take your time to admire one of the most majestic and beautiful buildings in the world. Next, visit Agra Fort, one of the finest Mughal forts in India. Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar in 1565, is a massive red sandstone fort on the bank of Yamuna River. Your guide will explain the history of Agra Fort. Next, visit Itmad-ud-Daulah, a tomb which has a special place in the chronicles of both history as well as architecture. Itmad-ud-Daulah is actually a mausoleum that overlooks the Yamuna River. Admire the very first tomb in India that was made entirely out of Marble. Next, visit Mehtab Bagh, which is a series of 11 parks on the Yamuna's east bank. After sightseeing you’ll be driven towards Delhi where you’ll be dropped at the Delhi airport to board your flight or at a Delhi hotel in case you want to extend your stay.
